Meet Annika Tapler, Austrian delegation

Hello, my name is Annika and I'm fourteen years old. I live in Vienna and I also go here to school. I like singing and generally music. I'm singing in my school choir for five years and I love it to be there. In my leisure time I'm reading books, meeting friends or being just at home and lazy. (: I'd like to make new experiences and I think, the peacecamp is the right thing! I hope I'll meet some people and will have contact also after the peacecamp. I'm looking forward to meeting you all. (:

Meet Ilan Baruch, workshop talks4peace

Dear Peace campers,
My name is Ilan. Born in Jerusalem 65 years ago, I am a Grandfather, but young at heart and very happy with the opportunity to meet you all in July.
My profession is old fashioned – diplomacy, but my interest in it took me way beyond my past official career as an Israeli Ambassador to several countries, to become a peace activist at present. I am involved in a number of projects which are all geared to generate public support for a viable, just and lasting peace in the Middle East, between states and between people. In our conversations during the peace camp, I hope to exchange with you thoughts and ideas concerning conflict, peace, conflict resolution and peace making.
Ilan

My last occupational position has been at the Vienna General Hospital in the Department of obstetrics and feto-maternal medicine. Furthermore, I have been working as an external lecturer at the Sigmund Freud University Vienna, giving lecture and exercise in Clinical Psychology I and II.
