THIS WAS PEACECAMP 2014 - Amitay, Jewish-Israeli delegation

Peacecamp was one of the most interesting and powerful experiences I have ever experienced. At first the whole idea of peacecamp sounds a little bit scary, 32 people from four various nationalities , different perspectives of the same problem and all of this in English, but after being in the peacecamp I can say that it is possible to have some fun between all of the hard work.
In the peacecamp I met new friends from different countries and even from my own. After a few days I realized that we are not so different after all. We all love soccer and music, and after a few more days we were a united group. I felt like I knew these people for years and it's all thanks to Lucas and AnnPhie.
The peacecamp changed me, now I am more open to meet new friends and more open to tell my perspective and listen to others.
I have learned a lot in the peacecamp and I highly recommend it for everyone. A big thank you for all the participants I miss you all.

THIS WAS PEACECAMP 2014 - Annika, Austrian delegation

The Peacecamp was one of the greatest experiences of my life! When I heard that people from nations, which are in war will come, I thought that they will quarrel all the time. In the beginning every delegation was only with his own people, everybody sits on their table but after a few days it changed completely. I made friends in every delegation until I couldn't remember who was from which country. In our freetime we were singing, talking braiding hair and playing with tennis balls and everybody liked everybody. It was such a great feeling to know that nobody cares about the others nation. When the peacecamp was over I kind of fall back into reality. I missed the feeling of being free and accepted, of making music with Lukas and 'walking' with AnnPhie. I missed to learn about how life is in Israel and Hungary and I missed everybody of the peacecamp participants and was sad when I realised that we will never be all together again in the same room.
I would love to participate in peacecamp 2015 because I want this feelings back.

THIS WAS PEACECAMP 2014 - Nahla, Arab delegation

My experience in this camp was very positive. I enjoyed it very much and I felt like it affected my in every way possible. I loved the people there, the place and the activities we did.. But I didn’t really like the food.
I liked the way it worked and I'm very sure that the kids from my school that are going to Austria this year are going to have so much fun. I personally think that it was a once in a lifetime opportunity and I'm thankful I had the chance to attended it.
